  • Child is 4 to 10 years old
  • Has hemiplegic cerebral palsy (weakness on one side)
  • Can walk with or without help (GMFCS levels I, II, or III)
  • Can follow simple instructions from a therapist
  • No severe joint stiffness or deformity that prevents wearing a restraint
  • No seizure that is not well-controlled by medicine
