Who can take part

  • You are at least 19 years old.
  • You had a spinal cord injury at or above the T12 level at least 12 months ago, and it is non-progressive with some movement and feeling below the injury.
  • You have bladder, bowel, or sexual problems caused by your spinal cord injury.
  • Your spinal cord-related health issues (like muscle spasms or nerve pain) are well-controlled.
  • You speak and understand English.
