Who can take part

  • You are between 60 and 85 years old.
  • You have had low back pain for at least 3 months, and it is not due to a specific cause like a slipped disc or spinal narrowing.
  • Your average pain level in the last week is at least 3 out of 10.
  • You can walk without help from someone else or a walking aid.
  • You have not had back surgery or any surgery on your legs.
  • You have not had prior brain stimulation treatments (like tDCS or TMS).
