Who can take part

  • Be 65 years or older
  • Have had at least 2 falls in the past year that did not cause injury, or at least 1 fall that did cause injury
  • Be able to walk and stand on your own for 5 minutes without using a cane or walker
  • Be willing to have MRI scans and attend the 4-week treatment sessions plus lab visits before, right after, and 3 months after treatment
  • Not have dementia, uncontrolled mental health issues, or conditions that prevent TMS (like metal implants or a pacemaker)
