Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a history of recurrent pericarditis, and your disease has been stable for at least 6 months while on an IL-1 blocker (a type of anti-inflammatory medicine).
- You have been on the same dose of your IL-1 blocker for at least 3 months.
- Your pericarditis pain has been mild (0 to 2 on a 0-10 scale) for the past week.
- Your blood inflammation level (CRP) is less than 1.0 mg/dL.
- You agree to use effective birth control during the trial and for 2 months after the last dose if you or your partner could become pregnant.
