  • Your cancer is advanced or has spread and has not improved with standard treatments.
  • You have an imaging test that shows the drug can target your tumor.
  • You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0-1).
  • You have not had other cancer treatments in the past 4 weeks.
