Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a diagnosis of ATTR cardiac amyloidosis (either the inherited or non-inherited form).
- Your heart's pumping function must be reduced (ejection fraction of 40% or less).
- Your heart failure symptoms should be mild to moderate (Class I, II, or III) — not the most severe class.
- You cannot be currently taking ACE inhibitors, ARBs, or the combination drug sacubitril/valsartan (Entresto).
