Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of ATTR cardiac amyloidosis (either the inherited or age-related type).
- Your heart's pumping strength must be 40% or less (measured by ejection fraction).
- You cannot be in NYHA class IV (severe shortness of breath at rest).
- Your kidney function must be adequate (not stage 4 or 5).
- You cannot already be taking sacubitril/valsartan, ACE inhibitors, or ARBs when you start the trial.
