Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with ATTR-CM, a type of heart disease caused by abnormal protein buildup.
- Your heart failure symptoms are mild to moderate (class I or II), and your condition has been stable for at least 6 weeks.
- Your kidney function is good (eGFR at least 40) and your heart has a normal pumping ability (LVEF above 35%).
- You have not taken acoramidis before, and you do not have another type of amyloidosis called AL amyloidosis.
