Who can take part
- Be a man age 75 or older when you sign consent
- Be newly diagnosed with prostate cancer within the last 6 months
- Have high-risk features, such as very high-grade cells or locally advanced disease seen on exam or MRI
- Be well enough to participate (health and memory screening must suggest you can safely do study activities)
- Not have prostate cancer spread to lymph nodes or distant organs on scans
