Who can take part

  • You are scheduled for orthognathic (jaw) surgery
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You will have a preoperative CBCT (3D X-ray) and MRI scan
  • You will have preoperative X-rays (teleradiography and orthopantomography)
  • You do not have cleft lip/palate or facial syndromes like Apert, Crouzon, Pfeiffer, or Treacher Collins
  • You have not had Medpor facial implants or previous facial augmentation procedures
