Who can take part
- You have a type of high blood pressure in the lungs called CTEPH
- You have had a balloon procedure to open blocked arteries in your lungs (BPA) but still have symptoms
- You are currently taking sildenafil (Revatio) and have been on a steady dose for at least 6 weeks
- Your symptoms are noticeable with everyday activities (WHO functional class III)
- You have not been in the hospital for lung or heart problems in the last month
- You are not taking nitrates (like nitroglycerin) and are not pregnant or breastfeeding
