This trial is for people with a type of long-term blood clot in the lungs (CTEPH) who have been taking riociguat for at least 12 weeks. It will see what happens when the medication is stopped, focusing on how the right side of the heart is doing.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have CTEPH and either can't have surgery to remove clots, the surgery is too risky, or you still have high blood pressure in your lungs after surgery.
- You have been treated with a procedure called balloon pulmonary angioplasty (BPA) and have been on a stable dose of riociguat for at least 12 weeks.
- Your average blood pressure in your lungs (mPAP) is less than 30 mmHg.
- If you could become pregnant or father a child, you must use effective birth control for at least 28 days after joining the study.
- You do not have severe liver or kidney problems, serious infections, or a bleeding disorder.
