Who can take part

  • You need to receive both a thymus and a kidney from the same donor.
  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your blood type and the donor's blood type must match.
  • You must have a negative test for antibodies that attack the donor (DSA) and a negative crossmatch test.
  • You must have had Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) in the past but not have an active infection.
  • Your heart, liver, and blood cell counts need to be normal, and your weight should be between 40 and 100 kg.
