Immune cell therapy for advanced solid tumors
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.
This trial tests a new immune cell treatment made from your own lymph nodes for advanced solid tumors that haven't responded to standard therapies or have no good treatment options. It aims to see if this personalized cell therapy is safe and can help shrink tumors.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You have advanced cancer (like melanoma, head & neck, cervical, or lung cancer) that has not responded to standard treatment or there is no standard treatment available.
- You are 18 to 75 years old and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1).
- You have a tumor-associated lymph node that can be removed (at least 1 cubic cm) to make the cell therapy.
- You have at least one other tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan that hasn't been treated recently.
- Your major organs (kidney, liver, bone marrow) are working well enough, and you haven't needed blood transfusions or growth factors recently.
- You do not have active brain metastases, certain infections (like HIV, hepatitis B or C), or autoimmune diseases.

This trial tests a new treatment using T cells taken from your lymph nodes to fight advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. The goal is to see if this approach can help shrink tumors or slow their growth.
This trial tests a treatment that uses your own immune cells, called TILs, to fight advanced solid tumors. The cells are taken from a biopsy of your tumor, multiplied in a lab, and then given back to you. It might help if you have tried other treatments without success, or if no standard treatment is available.
This early-phase trial tests whether collecting immune cells from your tumor (tumor infiltrating lymphocytes) is safe and can help treat advanced solid cancers. It may help by strengthening your body’s immune attack on the cancer after standard treatments are no longer working.
This early-phase study tests personalized immune cells (T cells) made from your own tumor and blood to treat advanced solid cancers. It may help your immune system recognize and attack your tumor, especially if standard treatments no longer work.
This Phase 1 study tests engineered immune cells (TILs/CAR-TILs) made from your tumor to treat advanced solid cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. It may help your immune system better recognize and attack the cancer, but it is mainly focused on safety and early results.
This study tests a new treatment using your body's own immune cells (called tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) that are taken from your tumor, grown in a lab, and then put back into you. It's for people with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard options.
