Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 85 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with advanced small cell lung cancer or large cell neuroendocrine lung cancer.
- You are about to start a standard treatment that includes chemotherapy (cisplatin or carboplatin) plus an immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab or durvalumab).
- You have not had any prior chemotherapy or immunotherapy for this cancer.
- You are willing to give blood and tumor tissue samples for genetic testing.
- You can attend regular follow-up visits and provide additional samples during treatment.
