  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have limited or extensive stage small cell lung cancer (confirmed by biopsy).
  • You have not yet started any cancer treatment.
  • You are willing to provide blood and tumor tissue samples.
  • You have measurable tumors that can be tracked.
  • Your general health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1, and expected survival at least 3 months).
