Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have had type 2 diabetes for at least 6 months.
  • You do not have a serious mental illness or thinking problem.
  • Your recent blood sugar control (A1c) is less than 8 mmol/mL.
  • You are able to work on healthy eating, physical activity, blood sugar monitoring, and solving diabetes-related problems.
  • You have no speech problems, and you do not have type 1 or gestational diabetes.
