  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a confirmed or highly suspected bile duct cancer (called perihilar cholangiocarcinoma).
  • You have had a CT scan of your belly with contrast dye to check the cancer's stage.
  • You understand the study and are willing to follow its rules.
  • You can give written permission (informed consent) to take part.
  • Your doctors plan to treat the cancer with the goal of curing it (curative intent), following official guidelines.
