This study looks at whether robot-assisted pancreaticoduodenectomy (a major operation to remove part of the pancreas and nearby ducts) is safe and effective for people with certain tumors in the pancreas head and nearby areas. If you qualify, your surgery approach and outcomes will be closely tracked to see how well this robotic method works.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your scans show a tumor in the head of the pancreas and nearby areas (ampulla region and distal common bile duct) that would normally be treated with pancreaticoduodenectomy.
- Your cancer has not spread to distant organs.
- No major tumor spread into important blood vessels (significant vascular invasion) was found.
- You have not had pre-surgery (preoperative) cancer treatment, such as chemotherapy or radiation.
- You do not have serious heart, lung, or other organ problems that would make anesthesia or surgery unsafe.
- There are no tumors in other organs, and doctors expect the tumor can be fully removed (not only palliative drainage).
