  • You work for NHS Grampian.
  • You have a smartphone.
  • You do not have a heart rhythm disorder or endocrine disease.
  • You are not currently taking certain heart or mental health medications (beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, ACE inhibitors, benzodiazepines, antidepressants, or anti-anxiety drugs).
  • You have enough time off from work before the study begins.
