  • You are 50 years old or older
  • You have at least mild depression symptoms (feeling down, losing interest, etc.)
  • You have some trouble moving around (like climbing stairs or walking)
  • You are willing to stick with your current therapy (counseling) plan—no starting new outside therapy and no increasing sessions
  • You read and speak English
  • You receive or can get services from one of the study locations
