Who can take part
- You must be between 1 and 18 years old (or up to 30 for neuroblastoma group).
- You must have a solid tumor (not in the brain or spinal cord) that has returned or not responded to at least one prior treatment.
- You need to be well enough to perform daily activities (score of 0-2 on ECOG scale or at least 60 on Lansky scale).
- Your bone marrow, kidney, and liver function must be adequate based on blood tests.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must use effective birth control if applicable.
- You must have recovered from side effects of previous treatments before starting.
