Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic cancer (a “solid tumor”), such as colorectal cancer, that has grown despite standard treatment or you can’t use standard treatment.
- For Part 2: colorectal cancer must be confirmed by local lab testing of tumor cells (histology or cytology).
- You can do daily activities fairly normally (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- Recent scans must show at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked over time.
- Blood tests must show enough bone marrow, liver, and kidney function to safely take the study drug.
- You finished your last cancer treatment at least 28 days (or 5 half-lives, whichever is shorter) before starting PEEL-224, and any side effects from it must be resolved.
