This study tests whether a combination of sleep therapy, brain games, and light exercise before heart surgery can help prevent confusion or disorientation (delirium) after the operation. Participants will be asked to use a tablet and fitness tracker daily for about an hour before their surgery.

Who can take part
- You are scheduled for heart surgery (like bypass or valve repair) at least 10 days from now
- You are 60 years old or older
- You are willing to use a tablet and a fitness tracker, and spend at least 1 hour each day before surgery on activities like brain games, light exercise, and sleep training
- You do not have severe memory problems or take medication for dementia
- You do not have severe sleep apnea (more than 30 breathing pauses per hour) or a history of alcohol abuse or withdrawal
- You are not already using strong painkillers (like morphine) for chronic pain, and you have not had insomnia therapy in the last 6 months
