Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 85 years old.
  • You must have been diagnosed with myasthenia gravis and tested positive for AChR antibodies.
  • Your myasthenia gravis must be considered 'refractory'—meaning standard treatments haven't worked well, or you can't tolerate them.
  • You must have unstable symptoms (a score of 6 or more on the MG-ADL scale) despite taking your current medicines.
  • You must not have active infections like shingles, HIV, or tuberculosis, or a thymus tumor.
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must not have had certain other treatments (like IVIG or plasmapheresis) in the last 2 months.
