Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with generalized myasthenia gravis and have a positive antibody test (AChR, MuSK, or LRP4).
  • Your myasthenia gravis is considered 'refractory' – meaning it hasn't responded well to at least two different immune-suppressing treatments.
  • You have moderate to severe muscle weakness (MGFA class II to IVa) and a symptom score of at least 11 on the QMGS scale or 5 on the MG-ADL scale.
  • You have not taken certain medications (like rituximab in the last 6 months, or tocilizumab, eculizumab, IVIg, or plasma exchange in the last month).
  • You do not have active infections, certain blood test abnormalities, or other serious health conditions like HIV or hepatitis B.
