  • You are between 12 and 18 years old
  • You are a student at a local secondary school or youth service
  • You have mild to moderate depression symptoms (score of 7 to 13 on a depression scale)
  • You are not severely depressed or at risk of suicide
  • A parent or guardian has agreed to let you take part
