Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You had chemotherapy for a non-brain cancer in the last three years
- You have noticed memory or concentration problems since your treatment
- You have a smartphone or computer with internet access
- You are not currently doing more than 75 minutes of hard exercise or 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week
