Studying IL-17 inhibitors for hidden tendon inflammation in psoriasis

Ultrasound study of upadacitinib for psoriatic arthritis enthesitis

This study looks at how well upadacitinib treats enthesitis (pain where tendons or ligaments attach to bone) in people with psoriatic arthritis. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure improvement. The trial is for adults who have already tried at least one biologic drug, including an anti-TNF, without success.
