Who can take part
- You have clear cell kidney cancer confirmed by biopsy, which has not spread to other parts of the body.
- Your tumor is 4–7 cm located near the kidney center, or larger than 7 cm, making partial nephrectomy challenging.
- You are willing to have kidney-sparing surgery and are healthy enough for general anesthesia.
- You are 18–85 years old, with a good performance status (able to do daily activities).
- Your kidneys function well (healthy kidney GFR at least 60), and your blood counts and liver function are within acceptable limits.
- You have not had other cancers recently, do not have active autoimmune disease, and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
