Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your tumor can be measured on scans.
  • You have colorectal, non-small cell lung, or gastric cancer that has progressed after standard treatments.
  • You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You have not had a severe allergic reaction to irinotecan or bevacizumab.
  • You have not had a treatment that targets the CEACAM5 protein before.
