Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have a blood cancer (like AML, MDS, myeloma, lymphoma, or some others) that standard treatments didn't help or you couldn't tolerate.
- You have at least one sign of active disease that can be measured, like abnormal cells in bone marrow or blood, or a visible tumor on a scan.
- You have recovered enough from side effects of prior treatments (except hair loss) and your organ function is good enough based on blood tests.
- You haven't had certain cancer treatments or vaccines in the past 2 to 4 weeks before starting the study drug.
- You do not have other active cancers or conditions like central nervous system involvement, chronic myeloid leukemia with BCR/ABL gene, or severe allergies.
