Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg).
  • You have AML or MDS/AML that has come back or not responded to at least one prior treatment.
  • You are able to do daily activities on your own (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your liver, kidneys, heart, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges.
  • You have not had a stem cell transplant or CAR-T therapy in the last 60 days, or if you have, you have no active side effects from it.
