Ac-225 DOTATATE for SSTR+ GEP-NETs: A Safety Study

Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
- You must have a confirmed GEP-NET or GEP-NEC tumor (low, medium, or high grade) that cannot be removed with surgery or has spread.
- If your tumor is low or medium grade, you must have tried a standard drug (octreotide LAR) for at least 12 weeks and it stopped working. If your tumor is high grade, you must have tried at least one other treatment.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and a PET scan must show your tumor has the SSTR protein.
- You must be in good enough health to walk and care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1), have adequate blood counts and organ function, and expect to live at least 12 more weeks.
- You cannot be pregnant or nursing, and must agree to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
