Comparing a new radiation therapy and long-acting medication for neuroendocrine tumors

Who can take part

  • You have a type of neuroendocrine tumor (G1 or G2, called GEP-NET) that can't be removed by surgery and has spread or is advanced.
  • Your tumor showed up on a special PET scan (using gallium-68) meaning it has somatostatin receptors.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging.
  • You are 18 or older, with good organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow, heart).
  • You have not had certain prior treatments: PRRT (peptide receptor radionuclide therapy), high-dose Octreotide LAR within 12 weeks, or other cancer treatments within 4 weeks.
