This trial tests a combination of a radioactive drug ([225Ac]Ac-DOTATATE) and an immunotherapy drug (Tislelizumab) as maintenance treatment for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) whose tumors have a specific protein (SSTR). If you have completed first-line treatment and your cancer shows SSTR on a PET scan, this study may be an option.

Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 80 years old
- You must have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy or cell sample
- Your cancer must show SSTR (a protein that the radioactive drug targets) on a PET scan
- You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
- You must be in good general health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood cells)
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment
