This study tests a new treatment that combines brain stimulation (TMS) with virtual reality to help people who have had a mild concussion and still feel dizzy months later. You will receive the treatment and be monitored to see if your symptoms improve.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You had a mild concussion (diagnosed by a doctor) and have had dizziness for more than 3 months after the injury.
  • You can understand English or have an interpreter with you for study visits.
  • You do not have a history of dizziness that is not related to a concussion.
  • You do not have any metal, electrical, or magnetic implants (like a pacemaker) in your body (titanium implants are okay).
  • You do not have a history of seizures or epilepsy, or take medications that increase seizure risk.
