Safety and effectiveness of LOBO device for PAVM treatment

This study tests a new device (LOBO™) to block abnormal blood vessels in the lungs called PAVMs. It is for people with HHT or similar conditions, and the device is placed into the vessel to reduce the risk of stroke or bleeding. You may be able to join if you have a suitable PAVM that is large enough and you are not taking blood thinners.

Who can take part
- You have at least one PAVM with a feeding artery that is at least 2 mm wide and has a length of 1 cm or more.
- Your kidney function must be above 30 (eGFR).
- You cannot have a bleeding disorder other than HHT.
- You cannot be on blood thinners or anti-platelet medications.
- If you are pregnant, you must be in your second or third trimester.
