Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are scheduled for a TAVR procedure through the leg (iliofemoral approach).
  • You can have an MRI of the brain (no metal clips or non-MRI compatible devices).
  • You do not have severe kidney disease (eGFR below 30 or on dialysis).
  • You have not had a stroke or mini-stroke in the past 6 months, and no prior stroke with major disability.
  • You do not have active infections, bleeding problems, or allergies to the device materials.
