Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 24 years old.
  • You have been training for at least 6 years.
  • You train at least 4 times a week.
  • You do not smoke.
  • You have not had any physical disability, lung, or heart problem in the last 3 months.
  • You have not had COVID-19 in the last 3 months.
  • Your lung function tests are within normal range.
