  • You are between 18 and 24 years old.
  • You have been training for at least 6 years.
  • You exercise at least 4 times per week regularly.
  • You do not smoke.
  • You have no physical disability or recent (past 3 months) respiratory/cardiovascular illness.
  • You have not had COVID-19 in the last 3 months.
