Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You swim at least twice a week for at least 30 minutes each time, and have done so for the past 3 months
  • You do not have a current or past diagnosis of a lung or respiratory disease
  • You have no musculoskeletal injuries (bone, muscle, or joint problems) that would prevent you from swimming 100 meters
  • You have not participated in any breathing muscle training programs in the last 6 months
