Who can take part

  • You have a diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME) or long-lasting tiredness after COVID-19.
  • You can commit to joining a 6-week program and filling out online surveys.
  • You have not taken any herbal supplements or complementary medicines in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have a serious medical condition or an active infection like a bad flu.
  • You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the next 3 months.
