Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a type B aortic dissection (a tear in the wall of the aorta) that hasn't been treated before, OR you have a type B or type A dissection that has been partially treated and now needs treatment for the false lumen (the space created by the tear).
- You do not have a connective tissue disease like Marfan or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
- You are not pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
- You are not planning to use any other devices to treat the false lumen besides the study device.
