- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a type B or type A aortic dissection with a false lumen that needs treatment.
- You have not had prior treatment for the false lumen itself.
- You have not had an aneurysm in your belly aorta treated before.
- You do not have certain connective tissue disorders like Marfan syndrome or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
- You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study.
