Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) that can be surgically removed, but is too big or has too many spots for standard criteria.
- You have not had any prior treatment for your liver cancer (like chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy).
- Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh Class A) and you are generally active (ECOG score 0).
- You do not have active hepatitis B or C virus at high levels, bleeding problems, autoimmune diseases, or other uncontrolled health issues.
- You are willing to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
