Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the stomach or where the stomach meets the esophagus.
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body or come back after previous treatment.
- You have not had any previous cancer treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy for advanced disease.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
