Who can take part

  • You are currently an active member of a choir that rehearses at least 2 hours each week.
  • You have a low physical activity level (sedentary or very light exercise).
  • You are between 25 and 60 years old.
  • You do not have any nerve, bone, or joint problem that limits movement.
  • You do not have a heart or lung condition that would make exercise unsafe.
