  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have HER2-positive (IHC 1+, 2+, or 3+) breast cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have tried 2 to 3 lines of cancer therapy before.
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
  • You are well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
