Who can take part
- Your cancer is a solid tumor with HER2 testing showing HER2-positive or low HER2 results (based on specific lab patterns).
- If you have hormone-receptor–positive breast cancer, you must have already tried a CDK4/6 inhibitor before joining.
- Your blood counts and basic labs must be high enough (platelets ≥75,000, hemoglobin ≥9, neutrophils ≥1,000).
- Your kidneys and liver function must meet safety cutoffs (creatinine clearance >45; limits on AST/ALT and bilirubin).
- You must be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1, or similar Karnofsky score).
- You must not have lung inflammation (pneumonitis/ILD) that needed steroids, and you may need stable breathing and eye health; you also must not wear contact lenses.
